Standard Terms

Commissions typically take 14-30 (based on song length and complexity) days from the payment date, mostly to give me at least 2 full weekends to work on them as well as provide proper time to communicate and make revisions. If I do not send you a full length track within a week of the predetermined time period ending, or if I do not send one of your revisions within 5 days of your last revision request, you can request a full refund and I will fulfill it to the best of my ability. By requesting and receiving a refund, you forfeit all commercial rights to the song.
You have full permission for commercial use of the song in the appropriate content described in the commission choice description (such as for streaming or video game projects), but you do NOT have permission to redistribute the song by itself, such as in a soundtrack download, a music streaming service, or a video where the only purpose is to provide the song. If you wish to use this song in multiple types of projects, please let me know before hand.
I retain all rights to use the song for my own commercial purposes as well, such as for use in demo reels, live streams of the song's production, music streaming services, or other projects.
I am not responsible for any loss of profit or funds that might be caused by commissioning me or using my music.
[CANCELLATION]: If you cancel the commission after ordering one, I reserve the right to refund any amount or none of the commission costs. Realistically, this will be based on how much of the song I have completed already. Fully completed songs will not be refunded at all, and requesting and receiving any refund for a partially completed track forfeits all commercial rights to the song.
